Hotmail *rant start* They realy do piss me off that they give ur email addy to anybody! Just checked it for the first time since fri morning and i had 32 messages in the inbox, of which 26 were junk, and 174 in the junk folder! *rant end*
Re: Hotmail It's either 'cos of: a) You've gave it out to a dubious site (registering for membership of summinck, or porn ) b) A spider's grabbed it from your profile page on this message board (canny unlikely) c) Spammers use nifty little programs that either force addresses or use common names/things to build addresses to use as a spoofed "sender" or to 'guess' recipients. Your e-mail address consists of two common names (your surname is a common first name in the US) plus the @hotmail.com means this is quite likely. Ditch hotmail anyway, as it is pure :evil: shite. Yahoo is much better - use the .co.uk one.
