old employers gonna take about 2 grand out of my bank account cos they payed me 2 months after i got sie sack.

quit a job today because they lied and told me they were flexible with hours, turns out all they offer is 11am till 7pm or 1pm till 9 pm.

bout as flexible as bread sticks.

got a few interviews lined up. but to be honest am fucked.

I thought it was illegal for employers to take money out your bank account ??? They can only make BACS payments one way

Surely they have to make some sort of deal with you for there cock up they cant just take two grand

Im sure they cant do it after a couple of months...they can do it within a few days but not after Im sure


I remember someone telling me they need to setup an agreement where they take X amount of money out your account for a set period until the amount is repaid

Take all the money out of your account ... open a new one at a diff bank, sorted

aye thats what im hoping for, soeones checking it out for me. all ive gotta say is look im skint you can have a tenne a week your fault for doing it, tough titty.

good plan except 1 flaw which i feel i must bring to attention, they will take me to court and rape me with fines and/or bailifs.

TBF you should never have kept the money in the first place, so I have no sympathy

But they won't be able to take it all at once but might take you to court to sort out an arrangement to pay it back and then you might have to foot the legal bills too

nah ive still got it. i had a few grand in the bank when i was sacked, then i got paid twice, to be honest ave been living like a king bum for about 4 months.

ive enjoyed splashing cash about like its going out of fashion but i need to get me arse into gear and get some more cash coming in. if they take it out in 1 lump sum a should be areet for a few weeks.

got my team of lawyers looking into it as we speak.

i'll have them in the old bailey, itle be like the OJ trial just without the murder charges and the guilty black fella standing in the dock.
