If you were writing a lette rof complaint to a company how would you start the letter (after the dear sir/madam bit) ??? :think:

Re: Re: If you Actually, you should never start by saying "I am writing", as it is obvious that is what you are doing! Just start by explaining how the situation arose, why you bought the product/service and why it does not meet with your expectations. Also, between the "Dear Sir" and the bulk of the letter, put in bold the name of whatever you are complaining about. Eg Dear Sir Rabbit deluxe I recently purchased a Rabbit deluxe as my boyfriend lives far away and my wrist was getting sore. However ...

In that case, give the name of the hotel, say when you made the booking, when the booking was for, why you chose that hotel, and why it did not meet your expectations (eg it did not match the description you were given, if anything was broken, if there were administrative problems etc). Also explain any action you expect them to take.
Sweet cheers Helen, have done that but will put in bold the hotel name and who it was booked through at the top... i'm now onto page 2 of my complaint & i haven't finished yet or put what i action i expect them to take :computer: :fuming: :angry:
Manchester STA Travel telesales branch. A complaint regarding the hotel booking for the Chiang Mai Plaza hotel, Chaing Mai, Thailand. Booking made on the 12th November 2004. is that too much for the top bit???
