Is there anyway to get a phone number for an address?

moving into a new house on friday and want to get the broadband sorted but need to know the telephone number for it but the estate agent doesnt know

I dont know the surname of the person living there now so cant do it

Just 118 500 a ring, explain to the numpty on the phone, give them the full address, even explain you don't want the name of the person... can't hurt!

i did have a drunk arguement with them once... i ask the woman the time once, she wouldn't tell me, told me to ring 123 for the speaking clock

i said " look at your arm and just tell me the f@&king time you £%&* @?$% ~¬@?" till she hung up... bloody jobs worths....
