What mp3 player do you recommend? Florida is only days away and i'm planning on buying an mp3 player while I'm over there as long as my wages are decent so which ones do you recommend? And do you NOT recommend any of them? I'm looking for about 20gb. :fart:
Re: What mp3 player do you recommend? creative iriver if you want mint tech or apple ipod if your a chin stroker, simple as that
There a new sony one thats coming out, it might be out now, but it has a massive 16 playback, which is class compared to about 4 hours on a ipod. can't remember the name of it but it looks slick as fuck.
Re: Re: What mp3 player do you recommend? I'm not keen on getting an ipod. they look a bit plain for my liking and it seems like more of a fassion accessory than anything else. so, iriver so far then.. cheers
Loads do that. I'm sure u can get ones with 80gb. It would come in handy for keeping hold of tunes I like atm but get sick of then in 6months or a years time I'll find them again on my travels. If i can get more, i'll have more. Storing loads of sets as well as albums will take up a load of space.
get an i-river, but get a h10... can't see the point in getting something that can 'just about' play video.. more to the point, why would you wan't to watch a film on something as tiny as an i-river? seems the more you pay, the more novelty the spec becomes... also, get it in dixons, take out the £40 3 year insurance, smash the screen when you want a new model in a few years time, and hey presto new mp3 player
They upgrade you if it 'breaks'? If thats the case i might just get one from this country then. Hmm.. not sure what the best option is.
Yep, "breaks" was exactly the way the girl put it... they will give you the latest player, to the value of what you paid originally..
thats stupid. Whats the deal if you lose it though? That's what i did with my minidisk player I think i gave it away on a pill mission actually but i'll never find out the truth. I'd be pissed off if i payed for the insurance, lost it the day after and got shown the finger from dixons.
hows it stupid? it covers you against any accidental damage.. the cost to replace the screen is probs more than the cost of the unit... as for losing it.. simple, take more care!
I have a Creative Zen Touch. Its easy to use and easy to use with your computer. You can just use windows explorer if u want. Thats 20gb. I love it.
I have a 60gb Ipod Photo and its the mutts nuts - Basically ease of use and iTunes puts it head and shoulders above everything else ive tried. And the photo function is pretty funky! No doubt there are cheaper or cooler players out there, but it all boils down to the management applications for me - If it aint iTunes, it doesnt feel right. The apple music store, podcasts etc etc... Ive got an ipod shuffle as well and thats brilliant - perfect for when you need something very small and compact.
the only thing I dont like about my Iriver hp120 is that it takes too long to scroll through tracks if it had a touch screen i would probably try to put my nob in the headphone socket
