Carbs, but not too many if you're not very active throughout the day. Cereal's are cool, but watch your sugar intake as a lot of them are full...
You've gotta look at what you're eating as a primary energy source and when too though. Like eating carbs at breakfast raises your metabolism...
Eating better could help too. Like watching your intake of certain foods at certain points of the day :)
